- Assist the Brand Manager in the development of the brand.
- To develop and implement a marketing and promotion plan for the assigned brands/products to achieve the annual targets, as agreed with Marketing team.
- Analyse sales, customer, market data, and consumer insight to define the right segmentation, targeting, and positioning for the brands in charge.
- Coming up with ideas for new package designs of products.
- Coordinating both internal and external launching programs.
- Competition tracking and benchmarking.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree is a must. Marketing major is an advantage.
- 1-2 years of experience in event, trade marketing or general marketing. Experience in working for a chain of stores is an advantage.
- Good working attitude, positive thinking, and ownership.
- Proactive and “can-do” attitude.
- Good at English Communication.
- Good customer focus and agility.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint is a must).
- Ability to work under pressure and multitasking.
- Having work experience in the education field is an advantage.
