Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of both day-to-day and high-impact digital performance & brand campaigns (communication framework, copy, visuals, video concepts, reels, stories, ads) across Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and other relevant platforms to support enrollment, brand growth, and visibility goals.
- Write in top professional quality (style, grammar and tone – supported by Academic team for quality check), presents facts and quotations accurately, and ensures the finished product communicates effectively with appropriate language geared to its audience.
- Create & develop video ideas including conceptualizing, script, production briefing and quality control to ensure the finished product meets aligned expectations.
- Monitor performance metrics, optimize content based on insights, and report campaign effectiveness and engagement trends
- Take overall responsibility for managing and coordinating all communications, beyond social media, ensuring consistency, quality, efficiency, and strategic alignment across all channels.
- Manage 1 team member to ensure all communication campaigns have aligned objectives and execution
- Work with stakeholders to identify effective strategies to achieve department communications goals.
- Work closely with Digital, Creative, Product unit together with other internal depts. on developing marketing communication articles/ materials across platforms.
- Build and continuously strengthen the communications team structure, workflows, and professional conduct to ensure reliable delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team leader to ensure alignment of messages and timelines.
- Research, write and produce material targeted to various stakeholders (customers, employees, investors, etc.) in support of marketing product campaigns. This may include, social media, website, e-newsletters, flyers, brochures and other communications vehicles.
Requirements:
- University Graduate – major: Business, Marketing/ Communications preferred.
- Min. 4-5 years of working experience in Marketing & Communication.
- Experience in brand marketing and promotions using a broad marketing mix.
- Demonstrate experience in Parenting and Education-oriented services.
- Creative and strategic thinker, idea-inspiring, creative energy.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attentive to detail in a fast paced environment.
