Job Objective:

The Digital Marketing Executive will support YOLA’s lead generation efforts through proficient use of SEO and Facebook ads. This role combines the need for creative insight with technical acumen to drive performance and achieve marketing goals.

  • 60%: Facebook/Meta Ads (Lead Generation focus – CBO, full-funnel TOFU-MOFU-BOFU)
  • 30%: Website SEO & Organic Traffic Growth (technical fixes + agency coordination)
  • 10%: Supporting tracking, reporting, creative pipeline

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, set up, execute, and continuously optimize Facebook Ads campaigns following internal naming rules and guidelines. 
  • Monitor campaigns pause underperformers, and optimize daily based on core metrics: CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS. 
  • Manage and improve yola.vn website SEO: fix outdated content, resolve technical issues (canonical, duplicate, site speed, mobile-friendly), and align content with true search intent. 
  • Closely coordinate with external SEO agency: brief monthly plans, approve deliverables, track progress, review results, and push high-quality organic traffic from priority keywords.
  • Set up and maintain full tracking stack (GA4 + GTM + GSC); ensure accurate attribution across paid & organic channels. 
  • Collaborate with content, design, and video teams: plan monthly creative orders, brief angles/insights per product & funnel stage, feedback & finalize assets, archive best performers for reuse. (no need to produce creative)
  • Prepare weekly marketing updates, update main dashboard, build monthly KPI dashboards, and report creative performance. 
  • Analyze customer journey data, perform A/B testing (creatives, audiences), and propose new growth ideas to improve qualified lead volume and enrollment quality. 
  • Stay updated on digital trends (Meta, SEO algorithm changes) and proactively suggest strategies to keep YOLA ahead in the education market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields. 
  • 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience executing performance marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on Facebook/Meta Ads lead generation (education/service industry is a big plus). 
  • Proven experience coordinating with external SEO agencies to grow organic traffic is highly preferred. 
  • English proficiency: Conversation (comfortable reading product briefs, curricula, internal documents, and writing clear reports/emails).

Skills:

  • Strong command of Meta Ads Manager (lead-gen campaigns, full-funnel setup). 
  • Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console (GSC); basic Google Ads knowledge is a plus. 
  • Deep understanding of funnel performance metrics: Leads, Qualified Leads and deeper stage
  • Experience with A/B testing creatives and target audience 
  • Solid technical SEO knowledge (canonical tags, duplicate content, site speed, mobile optimization, search intent). 
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to read numbers quickly and make daily optimization decisions. 
  • Good time management; capable of handling multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. 
  • Team player with strong communication skills (collaborate effectively with agency, content, design, sales teams). 
  • Growth mindset: eager to learn continuously and adapt to fast-changing digital trends
