Assist in the design and continuous improvement of English curricula for kindergarten, primary, and lower secondary learners. This role focuses on executing structured lesson plans and creating organized, visually clear learning materials under the guidance of senior developers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

● Curriculum Support: Assist in mapping content to CEFR levels and Cambridge English Qualifications.

● Lesson Material Creation: Develop lesson slides, worksheets, and activity packs based on established program templates.

● Digital Asset Development: Create practice videos and interactive materials using provided guidelines.

● Quality Maintenance: Proofread academic materials for spelling, grammar, and formatting consistency.

● Feedback Collection: Support the coordination with teaching teams to gather classroom feedback.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Professional Experience

● Foundational Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Teaching Assistant or 6 months of internship/work experience in educational content creation.

● Planning Potential: Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of lesson flow and student engagement during the interview process.

Skills & Qualifications

● Language Proficiency: English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7.0 Overall, with a high Reading score (7.5+) to ensure accuracy in proofreading and content mapping.

● Academic Background: Recent graduate or final-year student majoring in English Language Teaching or a related field.

● Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva; willingness to learn tools like CapCut, Kahoot, or Blooket.

● Core Competencies: Highly detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to follow structured guidelines and deadlines.
