About The Role
As a Teaching Assistant at YOLA, you will support teachers in and out of the classroom, help students stay engaged, and take your first real step into a professional education career.
Responsibilities
- Support teachers during lessons and manage classroom activities.
- Prepare teaching materials and classroom equipment before class.
- Monitor student attendance, homework and in-class participation.
- Update parents on student progress through official channels.
- Assist with placement tests and center academic events.
Requirements
- University student or fresh graduate, English or Education preferred.
- IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent English level.
- Love working with children and teenagers.
- Responsible, punctual and eager to learn.
