- Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Post and update job descriptions on recruitment platforms and the company website.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
- Ensure all recruitment-related paperwork is accurately filed and maintained.
- Assist with the pre-onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the recruitment team.
Job Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Exceptional multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
