JOB DESCRIPTION
- Closely work with hiring managers to work out the recruitment plan to meet the demand of department;
- Source and build the talent/candidate database through different channels;
- Be responsible for full circle of recruitment and selection process (for all levels of vacancies);
- Be HR partner with Hiring Managers by giving them advise on the candidates’ assessment and recruitment trend; analyze the HR data and business result to propose the solutions/program/policies to retain and develop the talent of company;
- Coordinate and check the preparation for newcomers from relevant departments;
- Work out the induction/orientation programs for new employees;
- Work with Hiring Managers to evaluate performance of the probationary employees;
- Be in-charge of training program for new employees;
- Coordinate and organize the related recruitment events;
- Manage the HR data system;
- Other ad-hoc.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- University/College graduate in Business Administration, Foreign Language, Human Resources;
- At least 3-4 years experience working as internal/external recruitment;
- Strong communication Skills in English and Vietnamese;
- Interpersonal Skills, Customer service mindset;
- Sharp person and can-do attitude.
