Job Description
- Support the design, development, and continuous improvement of English curricula for kindergarten, primary, and lower secondary learners, aligned with international standards and institutional learning outcomes.
- Develop, adapt, and map curriculum content in alignment with:
+ Cambridge English Qualifications: Starters, Movers, Flyers, A2 Key (KET), B1 Preliminary (PET), B2 First (FCE)
+ CEFR levels: Pre-A1 to B2
- Design and produce academic materials, including digital exercises, quizzes, placement tests, progress tests, and end-of-term assessments, supplementary learning materials (worksheets, handouts, slides, flashcards, games, activity packs)
- Prepare detailed lesson plans
- Create and support the production of learning content, including instructional and practice videos, visual and interactive learning materials suitable for young learners and lower secondary students
- Review, proofread, and standardize academic materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment across levels.
- Coordinate with teachers, teaching assistants, and academic managers to collect classroom feedback and continuously refine curriculum content.
- Perform other administrative and academic support tasks as assigned.

- Strong academic knowledge of:
+ Cambridge English exams: Starters, Movers, Flyers, A2 Key (KET), B1 Preliminary (PET), B2 First (FCE)
+ CEFR framework and its practical application in curriculum design and assessment
- English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7.5 or above, or an equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in educational technology and content creation tools, including Canva, CapCut, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Gamified learning platforms such as Kahoot, Blooket, and similar tools
- Strong aesthetic sense is an advantage, especially when designing materials for children.
- Teaching background: At least 1 year of teaching experience (preferably kindergarten or primary level), or Minimum 3 years of teaching assistant experience.
- Solid understanding of learner psychology, classroom management, and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
- Graduated with a major in English Language Teaching.
- Experience working with digital learning platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
