JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Management:
- Establish sales objectives by planning and developing annual sales target, promotions, campaigns, product launch, events, sales budget to deliver company business goals in both enrollment & revenue objectives.
- Develop and implement yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly sales objectives, promotion, motivation contest to drive desire result.
- Ensure a thorough process goes into implementation and delivery of sales, revenue, and marketing targets; in conjunction with the AM/Head Teacher for all Yola products. Identify process bottlenecks (if any) and take prompt action to solve the issue completely.
- Manage sales result closely, analyze current sales strategy and actual result, suggest solutions for improvement.
- Demonstrate sales ability and proactively support team when needed, meet with potential clients to ensure customer experience or to close sales when appropriate.
- Review, update customer persona profiles to provide the best suitable sales scripts, objection handling, service to appropriate customer profiles.
- Use data to analyze business and individual performance. Maintain both high level and detail report, analysis for business result, customer insight, sales operations management & strategic decision and planning.
- Attend sales educational events and seminars.
- Design, monitor and ensure the efficiency of Sales commission scheme.
- Review, manage and responsible for Sales team’s KPIs as well as sales team members’ individual KPIs.
Sales Team Operations: Be responsible for all aspects of the Sales & Customer Care operations:
- Work with Academic & Operation team for class scheduling, teaching hours.
- Student satisfaction levels and re-enrolment rate .
- Quality of Customer Experience in line with strategic objectives of organization, which will include Brand Behaviors, through feedback and complaints systems.
- Ensure the data input process & data usage of customer contact & sale information.
Others:
- Understand and act according to Company Vision, Mission and Core-values.
- Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture.
- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
- Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically.
Human Resources: Be responsible for Performance and development of all Sales team members.
- Sales Team, Product Sales Team & Individual KPIs.
- Training needs are identified and training plan in place with the Training Department.
- Identification and development of key talent and successors in key positions at their designated centers.
- Responsible for a high-performance team. Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training employees. Counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
- Train, mentor, coach sales team to ensure the efficiency.
- Ensure the right person for right focus by appointing & attracting right employee profile, following up on work results.
Budget management:
- Manage the overall spending of Sales team. Direct spending to ensure the highest efficiency and quality and to support the activities of the centers.
Communication:
- Manage the communication within and between all departments of the organization to ensure planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of designated center operations.
Brand Management:
- Make sure that centers’ image and operations reflect the Yola brand image and behaviors
Campus and Organizational Support:
- Support the overall operation of their designated centers and the national activities of the organization.
Teaching Quality and Delivery:
- Work closely in conjunction with the AM/HT and Academic team to ensure academic quality and delivery to all students.
Evaluation & Reporting
- At all times Sales Director should know and be able to report on all aspects as required.
- Perform other duties assigned by CCO as required.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor Degree and above with minimum 2-year experience in management or similar role in managing sales or operational teams.
- Data and target driven mindset, a general understanding of business, sales and marketing.
- Highly analytical and possesses creative and intuitive problem-solving ability.
- Ability to communicate ideas and concepts clearly and accurately.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, be highly attentive to details and be able to manage time accordingly
- Experienced practitioner in Microsoft Office and other related business software.
- Readiness for Business travels.
