- C&B management - 80%
- Be in charge and manage daily C&B operations of team, including data management, payroll, leave, contract management, personal income tax, social and healthcare insurance .. to ensure accuracy, compliance with the law and company policy, process following and timeline commitment in daily C&B operation of team .
- Update regularly the market compensation & benefit trend and new Law relating labor code, tax, insurance, PIT… ensuring compliance.
- Survey, analyze and review total compensation and benefit programs and recommend changes for improvements and competitiveness.
- Do report, data analysis accurately and on time related to C&B as required
- Involve in projects related to C&B or others tasks assigned by HR Director
- System management - 20%
- Coordinate with IT to build and improve C&B system following company process and aligning with compliance.
- Manage data on the system, implement the processes and information adjustment in the system.
- Bachelor Degree and minimum 5-year experience in C&B position of which 2 years of team management.
- Good Labor law, PIT law, obligated insurance laws, and related laws.
- Mercer survey knowledge
- A solid knowledge of Vietnam compensation and benefit landscape.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, customer service mindset and data driven decision making.
- Good English communication.
- Honest, careful, detailed oriented and excellent Microsoft Excel.
